Warren

Made this little card using one of the Warren images from Craftwork cards. The image has been cut a bit smaller so i could mount him on a scallop nestie. A simple bit of matt and layering, a handful of faux pearls and a sentiment to finish. TFL xx

My new toy

After seeing so many gorgeous cards with stitching on, I decided that I needed a small sewing machine as the one I used when I dabbled in dressmaking and soft furnishings is too heavy to lug about. I got this little 8 stitch one from Poundstretcher today for £19.99. Aint it cute, and best of all it's lilac, my favourite colour, so how could I resist. Off to do a few chores so I can have a play later. TFL xx

Mirror Mirror

Made this card for my nieces little girls birthday using one of the cute LOTV images. Items used are just backing paper, a paper doilie and a topper. For a bit of sparkle, i stuck tiny pink gems on her necklace. Hope she likes it. TFL xx

Out of my comfort zone.

Made this little card for my grandson Louis to give to one of his school friends. Believe it or not, it took me ages cos it's way out of my comfort zone. I got the layout idea from Vicky, you can see her fantastic blog HERE. Do take a look 'cos she has made some beautiful cards. I have loads of these LOTV toppers so i will give this style another go. Card for Betty

It was my friend Linda's mums birthday on Sunday. Betty was 90 years old, isn't that fantastic. Linda did a surprise party for her mum , and she had a lovely time with all her family around. Here is the card i made.

I used a 8 x 8 card blank from Craftwork Cards, Tim Holtz backing paper. Sizziz sizzlit leaf die, and made some rolled flowers. Really simple but quite effective. Hope you like it. TFL xx
